Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Missing items from your order

To qualify for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Products must remain:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • In resellable condition

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, Glowish Cares does not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery

How to Request a Return

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

Refund & Replacement Process

Once your request is approved, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Product replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund to the original payment method (where applicable)

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is caused by our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Glowish Cares will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other return requests, shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
